If you would like your name added to the growing list of supporters, email Bob here at bob@electbobjudge.com .Bob is an honorable man and he truly believes in justice, truth, and hard honest work. He is a man who can be depended on to do just what he says he will do and he will do it with excellence and with a good spirit. Men with these qualities are exactly what government needs to run as it should. William Penn once said, "Those people who will not be governed by God will be ruled by tyrants." Bob's heart is ruled by God. He has a strong belief in Jesus Christ our savior and has strong Christian values. And, he has seen to it that our children were raised with Christian values. They have always known that faith in God is greatly valued in our home and lives. I am truly blessed to be his wife and the mother of his children. Bob has a kind and gentle spirit but also has a strong will and sharp mind. I have always felt safe and cared for by Bob and have been thankful that he is the father of our three children. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the people of Whitfield County would be safe and well served by Bob as Judge. Gay Rodriguez, Deeply Honored to be Bob's Wife My dad is a good father because he is honest, he's carring, he isn't easily angered, and he spends time with me. He treats everyone with the respect that they deserve, and is sensitive about others. Basicly, he's a really nice guy, but he isn't too nice, as he will still make the right decisions as a judge, and thats why I think he should be elected. Robby Rodriguez, Bob's son. Bob Rodriguez has a passion for Whitfield County and a healthy concern for the people. I have worked with Bob in both the probation office and our church. Knowing Bob and his family reminds me that great character, good ethics, and strong morals still exist within our community. Bob is such an example to our volunteer staff at Rock Bridge Community Church. His willingness to help, learn, and support his church is among the best. Bob cares about Whitfield County and I have witnessed his heart for the people who work and live in Dalton. His vision for Whitfield County inspires me. He is a leader who is excited about working as a team and offering fair justice. The values he carries with him are motivation to us all. Bob is a fighter. Recently, he has been faced with one of life's challenging accidents that placed him in the hospital for days. When I visited Bob, his family had nothing but great things to say about his attitude and character during this trying time. When life had the greatest potential to bring someone to rock bottom, Bob decided to use it as a chance to grow in his patience and keep his promise as a candidate. This shows me that Bob Rodriguez is driven by life. He is a humble person who never takes a single day for granted. Bob cares about our future. He is eager to learn, grow, and lead this town in the direction we all hope it will go. Bob is a man of his word and will be dedicated to each and every goal. When I think of the future of our county, I hope for a leader that will work hard for his people and wants to fulfill every mission we put forth together with strong faith and success. This person is no doubt, Bob Rodriguez. Marla Pulver I am a retired widow, the mother of 4 children, have 3 grandsons,
and 3 great grandchildren. Because of my age, I understand how much
harder it is to always be quick in actions and thinking. I guess that
happens as folks get older, no matter who you are. I have always been
taught to respect my elders and now that I am one, I understand that
it is important to do that. I don't want to seem like I have anything
against the man who is the judge and has been for many years. I can
say that with his age and health problems, he is not as capable about
keeping up with everything that goes along with being a judge. There
are a lot of people who are still active as they get older and that's
what you should do after working all your life. You should try to enjoy
your years after retirement, but that does not mean you are still capable
of being a judge. Everybody has a choice this time and to me it only
makes sense to elect someone who is able to do the job, is honest, hard
working, and would always do the fair and right thing. That person is
Bob Rodriguez. I have known Bob for about 3 years and know that he is
100% honest and fair and would not play favorites at any time. He has
a very good education, but also has plenty of good common sense and
would be able to keep up with all the new laws and all the work that
it takes to be a judge who spends a lot of time in the court room. I
will be asking all my family and friends in Whitfield County to vote
for Bob Rodriguez. I attended Friendship Baptist Church with Bob and Gay for several years and have worked with Bob in the Republican Party. Bob is a person of strong Christian beliefs and a firm belief in doing the right thing although the right thing might not be the popular thing. He has worked in the judicial system for years and understands the good and bad of the system. I believe he is prepared to carry out the duties of Magistrate Judge and I would feel very comfortable with him making decisions in a court setting. I know that he would follow the law without bias for or against anyone.
Mike Babb I believe that a judge should be honest, knowledgeable, and fair.
I believe a judge should be well educated in the both the law, and also
possess good common sense. I believe that a judge should give a working
day for every day's salary. I believe that relatives and close friends'
cases should be recued from any judge, to avoid even the appearance
of impropriety. I believe that a judge should be equipped with the ability
to stay current with new laws, procedures, and technology. I believe
that a judge should never use any time that is taxpayer work time to
do campaigning. I believe that someone who is active in the community,
but not ingrained in a good ole boy situation, would be able to make
impartial decisions, which is a necessary element for a judge. I believe
that someone who has dealt with the after effects of court room judgment
calls, would be able to weigh out the impact that a ruling would have
on the future of all parties involved. My nephew had Bob Rodriguez as a probation officer. During that
time, he was treated fairly and respectfully. Bob is a very strict and
follows every letter of the law, but at the same time he was always
willing to encourage him to work through his problems and get his life
back on track. Bob could always sense when to be tough on him, and when
he really needed a little extra understanding for his situation, and
would offer advice to help him get through his problem. We dealt with
Bob throughout the ordeal, and my nephew, and all members of our family,
appreciate the professional manner in which the case was handled. It
was very plain to us that Bob always kept the goal of helping my nephew
become a better and wiser man after getting through his problems. His
life was encouraged and helped because of Bob's dedication. Because
of our family's experience with Bob, I know for a fact that he is very
capable of handling the judgment calls in tough situations where people's
futures are at stake. I trust Bob to make fair, honest, and knowledgeable
decisions in our court. Because my family dealt with him firsthand,
through this very difficult time, we know the honorable judge he would
make. We totally support him, and ask that you give your support and
vote to Bob Rodriguez.
