Section 287 G

Bob supports and has encouraged County Commissioners and City Councilmen to send deputies and officers to Section 287(g), Immigration and Nationality Act training.

287g gives local law enforcement the ability to have criminal illegal aliens removed from our communities by local law enforcement which reduces the cost of incarceration as well as the cost of recurrent criminal behavior in our communities.

This training enables local law enforcement to work with ICE officials in handling the treatment of illegal aliens within the criminal justice system.
